PAYMENT METHODS:-

We accept the following methods of payment PAY PAL, AUSTRALIAN MONEY ORDER, DIRECT DEPOSIT, PERSONAL CHEQUE - subject to clearance.

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:- E-mail and Post we contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order, we will allocate you a order number for your reference should you need to inquire about the status of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS - We Ship Via Australia Post or TNT We will ship any were in the World !!!
Delivery charges will be calculated when you place your order this cost will depend on the weight & Parsel Size and method you choose for shipping

INSTOCK ITEMS - We will be dispatched with in 24 to 48hrs hours after payment is received.

CUSTOM MADE & SPECIAL ORDERS - will be dispatched within 7 - 21 days.

If your order is required urgently or by a certain date, THE DATE MUST BE SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:- All of Exclusive Designs products are fully guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship! Please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of product. We will remake or refund if the product is found to be faulty. .(Products being returned, must be returned in the same condition as they were received ie. unused or undamaged)

BROWBANDS - We Regret that we are unable to do a free remake or refund orders with the incorrect size & colours that are
submitted by the customer

COLOURS - The colours of ribbon , beading , fabric on this website compared to the actual product may vary depending on your computer hardware .Should you have any doubts please include a sample of your colours / materials or request a sample from us . Exclusive Designs is not responsible for colours not matching the intended use and does not give returns on this basis

CUSTOM ORDERS - We do not give refunds on custom orders.

REFUNDS - All refunds will be returned ( less shipping costs ) within 7 / 14 days subject to receipt of purchase , and payment method
FOR - Faulty materials or our workmanship your refund will also include the original postage costs

GIFT CERTIFICATES - Our gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
