What Glue Do l Use ?

  1. Glue For Flags

    Glue For Flags

There are several types of glue you can use .. craft glue, tiger glue, laminex ..some use hot glue but using hot glue l don't readily advise as its can bubble and have glue bumps and its also very hard to get the hot glue to the edge of the ribbons

  2. Glue For Rosettes

You can use hot glue to put your rings , centers & flags & rosettes together and you can also stitch your rings and centers on to add more strength

  3. Where Do l Get The Glue ?

You can buy most glue`s from craft stores ,spotlight.. Industrial strength glues you can get from hardware stores or cabnet making companies....

Swarovski Crystals

  1. Swarovski Crystals WhatsThe Difference ?

    Swarovski Crystals  & Are Machine

made in Austria  ....Swarovski Crystals are mostly bought in bulk  using gross weight   they also dont normally come strung together .. when purchased  company`s are usually found that will  incorporate the stones into trims, rings, buttons, ect: .. Swarovski crystals are all perfectly uniform.with the facet junctures meeting at a single point.  , machine cut so each individual crystal is the same in height, width, and slope  a Swarovski crystal with an AB finish have a uniform surface luster with absolutely no swirly marks .Aurora Borealis coating to the stone.as it is called  will reflect all colors of the rainbow, with the base color showing through. .Swarovski rhinestones are made of lead crystal with an 8 facet cut   newer stones can have a 14 facet cut

  2. Czech Crystal Whats The Difference ?

    Czech Rhinestones:

    Czech Machine Cut

We had done a lot of research on both Czech & Swarcovki Crystals and they are both an extremley high quality stone ..

Czech Crystal  if its genuine its made from true Bohemian Crystal .cut in 8-12 Facets .and like Swarcovki are all perfectly uniform stones with  facets meeting at a single point..

Czech rhinestones are known to have a quality quite comparable to Swarovski  without no noticeable quality difference.

both Czech & Swarovski use lead crystal the only difference is amount  used Czech has a slightly lower lead content  .. Fine rhinestones have lead added to the glass to produce a  far more light reflective sparkel than just glass. Both Czech Preciosa and Swarovski are made using  Lead Crystal...

Czech & Swarovski are both superior stones both have that overwhelming Brilliance !!! and add that beautifull element of class to any browband  with no virtual difference

Swarovki  Crystals can be 10 / 20% dearer than Czech Crystal

  3. Acrylic Rhinestones

Acrylic or Lucite cabochons are an economical version of the popular glass or crystal cabochons. They are made of plastic and don't have the same sparkle as the crystal ones, and can have inperfections in them ,but the pricing is much more economical and a great choice if you need to save money!

  4. Graded Stones

    Grade Stones

Good quality stones that are none Swarcovki or Czech are a Glass stone .. And they are just cut glass. They still have that sparkel but dont have Brilliance !! but are a good choice if you are on a budget

B grade Stones are also sparkely but not as much they can also have inperfections in them bubbles/marks ect:
